Governing BoardThe Executive Committee shall make the final determination of all organizational decisions. It is comprised of twelve representatives: President, President-Elect, Secretary, Treasurer, Arrangements Chair, Constitution and By-Laws Chair, Immediate Past President of the Association and five at large members. The officers of the Association will be Primary Institutional Member representatives who are elected by their colleagues at the Association's Annual Primary Member Retreat held in October of each year. Individuals who are not the Primary Member of their respective institution may also be considered if approved by the Executive Committee.
