IMPORTANT SERVICE UPDATE: (7/3/2025)
As a follow up to the recent maintenance and system upgrade, some client’s administrators and app users are experiencing a loading issue with their app.  If you and/or your users are getting a ‘cannot connect to the server’ error message on a blank screen, please take the following quick steps to correct this.
1. Swipe down on the error screen as it states and see if this successfully loads the app, if it loads you are good to go. 
2. If Step 1 did not work, simply delete your app from your phone and reinstall your app.
