We regret to inform you that the 2026 TACUBO Winter Conference is being cancelled due to extreme weather conditions in the DFW area and the uncertainty for travel safety.  We anticipate rescheduling the conference back at the Omni Las Colinas later in the year but will provide more information as we have it. 

We are working with The Omni Las Colinas to cancel the hotel room block so you may receive a notification of your reservation cancellation.

Your conference registration fee will be applied to the rescheduled conference and you will have the option to transfer your registration to another member in your institution.

IMPORTANT SERVICE UPDATE: (7/3/2025)

As a follow up to the recent maintenance and system upgrade, some client’s administrators and app users are experiencing a loading issue with their app.  If you and/or your users are getting a ‘cannot connect to the server’ error message on a blank screen, please take the following quick steps to correct this.

1. Swipe down on the error screen as it states and see if this successfully loads the app, if it loads you are good to go. 

2. If Step 1 did not work, simply delete your app from your phone and reinstall your app.
